STUNSIG by Ikea

STUNSIG by Ikea

The STUNSIG limited edition range

So firstly, this is not a sponsored post, I just wanted to share the new limited edition collection with you all before its released in June. (Guess where I will be this weekend!)

Secondly I'm a big fan of Ikea and I have, probably far too many, bits and pieces around the house from the Stockholm mirror, Bittergurka watering can, Hilver desk, Ikea PS candlestick, Formlig Vase and 3 little cacti potted plants you my have all seen in my bathroom reveal, if you haven't you can click here! Its affordable, well designed furniture and if put together properly it can last a long time. (I have a set of wonky drawer units that my DIY skills failed miserably on)

Every now and then Ikea bring out some amazing collaborations. This one is from a team of 6 artists and design teams with close links to the fashion industry and its totally my style. Each designer created whimsical quirky prints that have been transferred onto everything from bedlinen, cushions, mugs, plates, bags and sketchbooks.

Below I've picked out a few of my favourites from various designers

This is the duvet cover I most want from this range, its by Pinar and Viola, a duo from Istanbul and Amsterdam but living in Paris, just look at that bee!update- this is currently only available in a single duvet set-sob!!

Green shopper by Tilde Bay from Copenhagen, perfect for those impulse buys we are all prone to during a visit to Ikea!

Bird print cushion by Frederique Vernillet, all her prints feature realistic animals-she's also produced a monkey print bedlinen set- obviously I'm a fan!

Mugs and tray part of the Tilde Bay range, I love this marble effect pattern and the range extends to plates and bowls with the same pattern.

Realistic wolf shopper by Frederique Vernillet

More cushions and rugs from the collection

I mean who wouldn't like a galactical star gazing giraffe bed linen set? Also by Pinar and Viola.

Theres loads more lovely things that you can discover on your own, maybe even see you in there on Saturday!
